No deposit. You pay nothing to request an appointment — you settle up on the day, cash or transfer.

Can I cancel or move my appointment?

Of course. Message me on WhatsApp at least 24 hours ahead and we will move it, so I can offer the slot to someone else.

There is a 15-minute grace period. After that we may need to simplify the design or reschedule, because another client is booked behind you.

What if I do not show up?

If you do not arrive and do not message me, I will ask you to confirm on the day before I hold a slot for you next time.

How do I hold my appointment?

How long does a set take?

Between 60 and 120 minutes depending on the service and the art. Each service lists its duration.
